1. How can I purchase UrbiCAD products?

You can combine payment methods to pay for your purchase. Choose from the following combinations:
- Bank Transfer.
If you want to pay for your purchase using a bank Transfer, contact UrbiCAD in order to obtain the current account number.
- Credit Card.
To pay for your purchase using a Credit card through gateway payment. Using the order form of the product platform (UrbiCAD will send the link).

2. What information is necessary to order a product?
- Invoice data: Name, Postal address, Fiscal ID#.
- Shipping address if not the same as billing address.
- Licence Nº if you are a user and wish to request a program update.
- Product platform and platform version. As well as language preference (English / Spanish)

3. How will I receive the product?
"With prior payment through Bank Transfer or Credit Card":
You can download the software from a link that UrbiCAD will send you. You can work with the software from download and once you activate your license by the Internet.

4. How can I get additional information?
For more information you can contact our technical department regarding the additional information you require. You can also use the UrbiCAD IP telephony service during office hours and you may even have a trial use of the software.

5. What is the Product warranty?
UrbiCAD guarantees all its products (for the requested version of AutoCAD) and that they are as described in this website.
All claims for damage or defect must be made within 30 days of delivery, after which time UrbiCAD will consider the product in perfect working order. After said period the user will be responsible for the condition and custody of the product.
This initial warranty does not extend to when the program has been improperly used, protections disabled or intentionally manipulated in any way.

6. What Technical Support will I have in the case of problems?
All Registered Users are provided with Technical Support free of charge for the three months counting from the date of acquisition of the product.
During this period, our technical department will attend any doubts or problems which may arise by telephone or e-mail.
After this time, if you want Technical Support you will have to Maintenance Contract.

7. What happens if I install the product and it doesn’t work?
This should not happen. In fact, any problems which may arise can be solved by reading the “Installation and Operations Manual” downloaded with the software. However, if problems persist, our Technical Support will be on hand to resolve any problems.
Remember that you have three months to install the product, after which time it is recommended to sign a maintenance contract.

9. What happens to my UrbiCAD application when I change versions of AutoCAD or Allplan?
It is possible that UrbiCAD will not function with the new version of AutoCAD or Allplan. Remember that there are versions for DOS and others for Windows, and that these systems are programmed differently and many orders change from one version to another. If you change your version of AutoCAD, you must update you package with the new version. Our products are always available in the latest versions of AutoCAD®.
Users with maintenance contracts will have these updates to the private download area.

10. What happens to my current version of UrbiCAD when a new version of the program is released?
You may opt to continue working with your version or update to the latest version. If you decide to update, you will receive a special discount in the price of the new version. UrbiCAD users who update their packages always receive the full new package.

11. Can I modify the menus?
The menus in UrbiCAD are always open to modifications. With a few basic computer skills you can adjust the menus to suit your needs.

12. Can I use UrbiCAD with other menus of other applications?
UrbiCAD is loaded from AutoCAD or IntelliCAD as the menu of ROCA, VEKA, SANGRA or any other menu.
This allows the user to pass from one to the other without exiting the program.
These are totally transparent and do not alter the functions of other applications as they are uploaded and downloaded when you wish.
However, check that your application permits this transparency or blocks the use of other menu simultaneously, or presents incompatibilities in loading other menus.

13. Can I make suggestions for improvements to the product?
We would appreciate your input. You can offer suggestions e-mail or phone and we will take them into account as far as possible in the design of future versions.

14. Will UrbiCAD develop new Products and new versions of the current products?
Yes. At UrbiCAD our Research and Development Department is constantly engaged in creating new versions and products.
